shoot! raya2 gini pun nak kene sakit ke? benci seh.. sakit apa? sakit kepala yg teramat sangat.. it's too painful you know. mama said it was migraine. i dunno leh. seram la gini.. just now i just blackout sekejap..

info about migraine:

Migraines are painful, sometimes debilitating headaches often accompanied by nausea, vomiting, and sensitivity to light, noise, and smell. These throbbing headaches usually occur on only one side of the head, although the pain can shift from one side of the head to the other, or can occur on both sides simultaneously. Migraines involve changes in chemicals and blood vessels in the brain, which trigger pain signals leading to headache and other symptoms.

see? vomiting? hell yeah.. i kept vomiting and now i just kept myself in my room do not want to hear any noise from outside.. even the smell of frangrance i cannot smell..

what's triggers migraine:

Migraines may be triggered by food, stress, and changes in your daily routine, although it is not clear how or why these events lead to migraines. Some common triggers of migraines include:

Consuming certain substances such as chocolate, monosodium glutamate (MSG), red wine, and caffeine.
Getting too much or not enough sleep.
Fasting or skipping meals.
Changes in the weather or barometric pressure.
Stress or intense emotions.
Strong odors or cigarette smoke.
Bright lights or reflected sunlight.

note that it says STRESS OR INTENSE EMOTIONS. remembered yesterday's post? i am still cannot get over it. like someone is talking to me at the back of my head.. like hallucination. what's this? anybody can help? do you think i got mental problem? *gosh*
